Fabulous Treat
Personally, I think no-bake parfait makes a fabulous treat! Why? Because I like the fact that they are individual servings. In addition, the sizes can vary according to the glassware used. Plus, a good make-ahead dessert is always on my radar.
Leftovers
I have also found that parfaits are also a great way to use a few leftovers.

Festive
Parfaits are also festive, especially during the holidays, (e.g., Easy Christmas Parfaits or Valentine’s Day Parfaits).

Actually, Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits are a great dessert option any day of the week!
