My husband readily admits that he is a chocolate and peanut butter lover. It seems that this combination is certainly one of his favorites. Many nights he mixes a heaping spoonful of peanut butter into chocolaty yogurt for a yummy treat. Therefore, Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits are right up his alley!

Personally, I think any no-bake parfait makes a fabulous treat. Especially when you are looking for an easy, make-ahead dessert.
Parfaits are also a great way to use a few leftovers, (e.g., GF Butterfinger Parfaits, Pumpkin Mousse Parfaits, Mandarin Orange Parfaits, White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Parfaits, or Salted Caramel Cashew Parfaits).
Parfaits are also a good option during the holidays, (e.g., Easy Christmas Parfaits or Valentine’s Day Parfaits).
In addition, I think Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits are a great dessert option, no matter the day of the week, the season or occasion.
The recipe listed on the recipe card is made using low-fat ingredients. To make Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits use gluten-free ingredients to make this a gluten-free dessert.
