Since I love blueberries because they are yummy, healthy and super versatile, in today’s post we are featuring 15 blueberry dessert recipes. 

While doing research on blueberries, I discovered a great baking tip! Here’s how to prevent blueberries from sinking into your batter. Simply spread half the batter in the pan, add half of the fresh blueberries, top them with the remaining batter and top it off with the more fresh blueberries. Another option is to coat blueberries with flour before stirring them into the batter, and avoid over blending. The flour coating helps the berries adhere to the batter and prevents them from sinking.
