Since this recipe requires only a few ingredients, practically anyone can make this yummy dessert. With just a little supervision, even older children will be able to make a No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie. Let me show you how simple it is to make.
Supplies you’ll need are cream cheese, concentrated orange juice, whipped topping (or heavy cream, whipped), graham cracker crust, and mandarin oranges.
First, grab a mixing bowl. Next, soften 8 ounces of cream cheese and add 6 ounces of concentrated orange juice.

Now grab a whisk and whisk the cream cheese and orange juice until the mixture is smooth.

Next, add 8 ounces of thawed whipped topping or heavy cream, whipped.

Now gently whisk the mixture just enough to incorporate the whipped cream. Pour the mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust. At this point, place the No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie in the refrigerator for at least four hours or in the freezer for 1 hour. Basically, the pie needs just enough time to “set up.”

Feel free to serve the pie plain or garnish it with additional whipped cream and/or mandarin oranges.

I really love the addition of the extra mandarin oranges. They certainly give the pie a lovely extra hint of orange flavor.

When I want to make No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie gluten-free I use gluten-free graham crackers or I buy a pre-made gluten-free pie crust.
Most cream cheese is naturally gluten-free but be sure to check the labels. I also use 100% orange juice (concentrated) and heavy creamed, whipped.

No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie is not a heavy dessert, rather it’s light and refreshing, and a perfect dessert when you don’t want to heat up the oven. It’s also a great make-ahead dessert that can be made the day or night before.

I’ve made this twice now. Taste is delicious but consistency is soft. When cut it it runs and is more like pudding. Next time I think I’ll just make it as a pudding
Blessed Beyond Crazy says
Hi Toni,
A couple of thoughts: 1) Are you draining the oranges really, really well before adding them to the mixture? 2) Are you refrigerating the pie long enough? 3) If you are doing both of the previously mentioned steps then maybe next time you can try freezing it and see how you like it that way.
Thanks for tring this recipe! Enjoy! Linda

Is the nutritional information available for this recipe? My son is Type 1 diabetic but would like to try this, and could if we knew the carb count, etc. Thanks, Jean

Hi Jean,
I’m so sorry but I do not have the nutritional info for this recipe. Do you have access to a dietician? Perhaps they would be able to help figure the carb count for you.
Linda

Thanks Linda. We do have access but not right now over the holidays. We can take an educated guess at it. Thanks, and Merry Christmas!

There is no mention about the pie crust in the ingredients…
Don says
Sorry. Just saw there is pie crust there just not how to make it.
Blessed Beyond Crazy says
Hi Don,
Yes, you are correct. In the recipe, I do mention that you’ll need 1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust (GF Option: use a gluten-free crust). To make this pie super easy I recommend purchasing a premade graham cracker crust. ๐
Enjoy!
