My husband started making these air fryer lemon butter chicken skewers a while ago, and now we cannot stop making them! They are so easy and delicious!
I think they taste fantastic on their own, but kids like to dunk them in ranch.
Make these with a side of rice or any seasonal veggies.

Lemon Butter Chicken Skewers Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or 2 small chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- salt and pepper
- zest of 1/2 a lemon
- 4 teaspoons onion powder, divided
- 4 teaspoons garlic powder, divided
- 3 teaspoons paprika, divided
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
- Add the cubed chicken to a bowl. Add the olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper, lemon zest, and half of the paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Toss to evenly coat the chicken.
- Take some bamboo skewers and make sure they fit inside your air fryer or break them so that they fit. Skewer the chicken.
- Put the skewers into your preheated air fryer at 400° F for 12 minutes. Turn the skewers over and cook for another 8 – 10 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Combine the melted butter with the rest of the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and lemon juice.
- Brush the butter on both sides of the cooked chicken skewers.
- Enjoy!
