Every holiday, at every family gathering, my husband’s aunt brings Green Jello Salad.
One Thanksgiving, she didn’t bring it. It might possibly have been the biggest mistake of her life. Everyone told her she ruined Thanksgiving by not bringing Green Jello Salad! Since then she hasn’t missed a single holiday. Yes, it is that good!
This is by far my husband’s and my daughter’s FAVORITE thing on the dessert table! It’s also naturally gluten-free.
While we eat this all year round for every holiday, this would be the perfect thing to make for St. Patrick’s Day or Easter because of the color. I also like to make this during the summer because it’s a no-bake dessert and I don’t have to turn on the oven! Lucky for us this isn’t a family secret recipe!

Notes
Naturally gluten-free.
Optional–you can sprinkle chopped nuts on top, which I think would be amazing! However, my husband does not like nuts in his desserts so I always leave them out for him, since this is one of his all-time favorite desserts!
I made this for a family dinner on the 4th of July and my mom seriously bartered leftovers with me so she could keep the remaining Green Jello Salad!
