A Simple Recipe
This recipe requires a mere handful of ingredients and just a little bit of time. You’ll need the following:
- 3 Cups water
- 1 package orange gelatin
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 1.5 cups premade tapioca pudding (I use gluten-free Kozy Shack brand)
- 2 cans (15 ounces, each) mandarin oranges
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping
First, bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Next, whisk in both the gelatin and pudding mixes. Return the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool completely.

Gently whisk in the whipped topping then gently fold in the well-drained pineapple and oranges. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Ingredients

- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix (GF Option: use a gluten-free brand)
- 1-1/2 cups premade tapioca pudding (GF Option: use a gluten-free brand. I use KozyShack brand)
- 1 carton (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cans (15 ounces, each) mandarin oranges, well drained
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in gelatin and pudding mix. Return to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool completely.
- Gently whisk in whipped topping. Fold in pineapple and oranges.
- Spoon into a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
