Breakfast Skillet Ingredients

Each of these ingredients is optional. Cook what you like, or swap out for something you like better.
- Onion, finely diced
- Bell pepper, finely diced
- butter
- 3 lefter over baked golden potatoes (microwave them first, if you don’t have left-over baked potatoes), chopped into bite-sized cubes
- tomato diced
- white Mexican queso cheese dip, melted, or you could also use your favorite shredded cheese
- Bacon, fried and crumbled
- Breakfast sausage, your preference — links, patties, crumbled
- Eggs cooked to your preference
Breakfast Skillet Directions
- Sauté the onion and pepper with the butter (we use a lot of butter) until they are soft and cooked.
- Fry the cubed potatoes, find my recipe for pan-fried potatoes here.
- Once everything is cooked, layer the food on a plate starting with the potatoes, followed by the onion and peppers, then tomatoes, bacon/sausage, drizzle with the white Mexican queso cheese dip, then top with your egg.
- Add salt and pepper, or hot sauce to taste.

We love to make our breakfast foods on a Blackstone grill. This makes it so easy to cook everything at once, and there is less clean-up. We have also made these in skillets on our stove.
