If you couldn’t tell by my other posts, I love to bake. However, baking a whole cake takes a LOT of time, and dishes. One thing about me is that I do not like doing dishes at all. So when I discovered that I could satisfy my cake cravings with only one mug and barely any mess, I went all-out to discover the best, easiest mug cakes. Here are just a handful of them.

Tiramisu Mug Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbs flour (you can use gluten-free if needed)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbs any sugar (I use granulated)
- 1 Tbs any oil (I use avocado but I have also tried olive and vegetable)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp milk (adjust as needed)
- 4 tsp chilled coffee
- 2 Tbs cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 Tbs powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the flour, baking powder, and sugar
- Mix in the oil, vanilla, and milk
- Microwave in 30-second increments until spongy to the touch
- Let mug cake cool for five minutes
- Take a knife and go around the edges of your cake until the cake no longer sticks to the mug
- Remove the cake from your mug
- Once the cake is out, pour coffee over your cake, you might have to drain excess coffee into a sink
- Combine cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a separate bowl
- Spread cream cheese mixture on all sides of the cake
- Enjoy!
