For the Red Part:
- 1/4 cup watermelon
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- splash of lime juice
- Ice
Blend all the ingredients. Add to a cup. (Don’t fill the cup all the way up. Only about 1/3 of the way full)
For the White Part
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1\4 cup pineapple
- splash of milk
- Ice
Blend. Add to the same cup as the red smoothie. Your cup should be around 2/3 full.
For the Blue Part
- 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 banana
- splash of milk
- Ice
Blend. Add to the cup with the red and white smoothie.
Notes:
- If you are using frozen watermelon, you might need to add a splash of milk.
- Remember, the colder, the better. If you use fresh fruit then the layers of the smoothie are more likely to run together and NOT be layered like in the photo below. Use frozen fruit for a thick, layered smoothie.
I don’t know about you, but I love to be relaxing by the pool with a drink in my hand. Well, I also love themed drinks. So I made this Red-White-And Blue fruity smoothie because it is cold, refreshing, and, most importantly, delicious!
The red part of the smoothie is actually the same as the Easy Strawberry Lime Smoothie that we posted a little while ago.

I recommend mixing it up once you have added the flavors to the cup, although, I hate mixing the beautiful color into one, all the fruit together truly is very refreshing and delicious. But if you don’t want to ruin the beautiful colors, then you can just drink them while still layered.
