My family loved this Sausage Quiché so much I knew I needed to post it on the blog. They inhaled this! We often eat breakfast food for supper and this recipe is perfect for those nights. I used a gluten-free pie crust, but you can use your favorite pie crust recipe.

Sausage Quiché Ingredients
- 1 recipe for pie crust. I highly recommend this easy 3-ingredient pie crust.
- 6 large eggs (I use 8 small farm fresh eggs)
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lb. ground sausage cooked, grease drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

- chopped spinach
- sautéed mushrooms, onions, or bell peppers
Directions
- Cook pie crust according to directions. You can cook this in a pie pan or a casserole dish.
- Combine the eggs, cottage cheese, and seasonings, and beat them together. Fold in the sausage and cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust. Optional, top with parsley.
- Bake at 350° F for 30–35 minutes. It is done when the eggs are set.
- Let cool for 10 minutes.
