This crazy easy 3-ingredient sausage Rotel dip is a favorite in our family. I love to make this for pool parties, football games, and sometimes for no reason at all. It has only three ingredients and comes together in just a few minutes. If I’m taking it somewhere, it’s easy to make ahead and throw in a crock-pot.

Sausage Rotel Dip Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 8 ounce brick cream cheese
- 1- 10 ounce can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
Directions
- In a skillet, brown the ground sausage until fully cooked, remove grease drippings
- Add the cream cheese to the cooked sausage, and stir over low heat until the cream cheese is smooth and creamy.
- Drain the liquid from the can of Rotel and stir into the cream cheese and sausage.
- Serve with nacho chips.
