4 Quick and Simple Chicken Marinade Recipes

Chicken is cheap!

We always have chicken in our fridge because it is one of the cheapest and most versatile meats to serve. Not to mention super healthy!

However, my family seems to get stuck in a chicken rut and we easily get burnt out on our favorite chicken recipes.

If you are stuck in a rut and not sure what to make for dinner then check out these easy chicken marinades!

Serve with your favorite veggies! Make extra so the next day you can add the chicken to a salad, a wrap, or pasta.

Honey Mustard Chicken Marinade

My family loves Honey Mustard Chicken. This marinade will definitely give you some moist chicken that is perfect for eating plain, in a wrap, or on top a salad. Make some extra marinade and set aside for dipping.

We love cooking this on a grill or pan-frying in a skillet with a little bit of butter.

Naturally gluten-free!

Ingredients:

  • Honey
  • Mustard (optional: use dijon for a more spicy recipe)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chicken breasts

Directions:

  1. Use equal amounts of honey, mustard, and mayonnaise depending on the amount of chicken you are cooking.
  2. Mix marinade together in a zip-lock back. Add chicken and mix to coat well. Let set in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
  3. Cook chicken according to your preference: grill, skillet, or oven until chicken is thoroughly cooked to an internal temperature of 165 F.
